I’m a strategic CX and Product Designer with 5+ years of experience across UX research, UX/UI design, and service design. I help teams scale digital products by combining human-centred design, business strategy, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
I’ve worked as a CX designer in banking and within fintech, giving me hands-on experience in complex, regulated environments. My work spans B2B and B2E platforms, fintech products, e-learning, and employee engagement tools, with a strong focus on research-driven design and measurable impact.
I’m process-oriented and comfortable in complexity—turning insights, constraints, and stakeholder input into clear product direction and scalable design solutions.
